The 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 is getting a mid-model year update, adding new standard features across all trim levels.
Priced from $22,695 for the front-wheel-drive Sport model, the 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 gets a standard backup camera on all trim levels equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Mazda CX-5 Touring models gain standard navigation and heated front seats with a starting price of $26,115. At the top of the range, the 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring also gets standard navigation and is priced from $29,470.
Previously, the backup camera was part of the Rear View Camera Package while Navigation was part of the Grand Touring Technology Packages.
Standard on the CX-5 is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 155 horsepower paired to a six-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive. CX-5 Sport models receive a six-speed automatic transmission and a more powerful 2.5-liter engine with 184 hp.
